I cooked for a photo shoot for an upcoming online article and the dish made a fabulous dinner last night.

Saffron Paella
I sauteed onions and red peppers then added garlic, chorizo, rice and saffron infused chicken stock and let it cook until nearly finished before adding mussels and shrimp to cook. A little parsley on top added some freshness.
